Your body is aware of this unhealthy state, and is sending you warning signals you may not recognise. Taking health care into your own hands can be as complex as the intricacy of your own system.

Your body sends out warning signals to tell you when it is weakened, over stressed, tired and sluggish. These warnings should not be taken lightly; your body is slowly being poisoned and needs help. Your body needs to work at its fullest potential without unneeded stress.

It’s time for a change – you need to detoxify yourself…

Detoxification sheds weight, clears skin, energizes and improves the immune system. Our formula binds to the various fats, toxins and even metallic build up in your body and blood stream. It then helps you to safely pass them, recharging your energy, and combating blood toxins.

The ingredients in BodyDetox Capsules are well known in naturopath circles for their cleansing and detoxifying qualities.

Dandelion
Dandelion is a hardy, variable perennial that can grow to a height of nearly 12 inches. Dandelions have deeply notched, toothy, spatula-like leaves that are shiny and hairless. Dandelion stems are capped by bright yellow flowers.

Its leaves produce a diuretic effect while the roots act as an antiviral agent, appetite stimulant, digestive aid, and may help promote gastrointestinal health. Dandelion flower has antioxidant properties. Dandelion may also help improve the immune system.

Burdock (Root)
Burdock root has often been used to purify the blood by removing toxins that can build up in blood. It can be taken orally or used topically as a remedy for skin disorders. Also, burdock root can be a diuretic or soothe aching joints.

Burdock can be used as a gentle laxative and help eradicate uric acid. Some of the active ingredients of burdock are polyacetylenes, which are known to be effective antibacterials and antifungals. Burdock enhances the performance of many of the organs which purify the body and eliminate toxins or waste (like the kidneys, liver, colon, etc). This enhances overall health and helps correct disorders.

Red Clover (Leaf)
Red Clover has also shown anticancer activity, poultices of the herb have been used as local applications to cancerous growths. Internally, the Red Clover plant is used as an alternative medicine for skin complaints such as eczema and psoriasis, cancers of the breast, ovaries and lymphatic system, chronic degenerative diseases, gout, whooping cough and dry coughs.

Red clover is now involved in research for a certain medicinal alkaloid “slaframine” which is often found in diseased clover, this substance has shown antidiabetic and anti-Aids activity.

Alfafa (Leaf)
Alfalfa probably originated in the Near East and is now widely cultivated there and elsewhere around the world for forage. Arabs called it the “Father of Herbs”.

Alfalfa Leaf is used to boost a sluggish appetite, relieve constipation and the swelling that often accompanies rheumatism and arthritis. It is most helpful in treating kidney and urinary tract infection and will help detoxify the body, especially the liver.

Chamomile (Root)
Chamomile has a long history of use in Europe for digestive ailments. The active constiuents of chamomile have anti-inflammatory properties, ease spasm and discomfort in the digestive tract and has power to cure aging. It is one of the oldest favorites amongst garden herbs, and its reputation as a medicinal plant shows little signs of abatement.

Liquorice (Root)
Liquorice is commonly used in herbal formulae to “harmonize” the other ingredients in the formula and to carry the formula into all 12 of the regular meridians[14] and to relieve a spasmodic cough.

Slippery Elm (Bark)
Slippery elm is used to relieve gastrointestinal conditions, sore throats, ulcers, and respiratory irritations today. External uses include treatment of skin conditions, vaginitis, and hemorrhoids. It can be used as a cough medicine or as a skin smoother and softener.

Hibiscus (Flower)
Dieters or persons with kidney problems often take it without adding sugar for its beneficial properties and as a natural diuretic. It is made by boiling the dehydrated flowers in water; once it is boiled, it is allowed to cool and drunk with ice.

Rosehips (Root)
The research studies suggest that Rosehip Oil reduces scar tissue, fade stretch marks, wrinkles and age spots, improves burned skin, excellent to prevent photoaging and relieves dry skin and eczema.
